Heather Mullally - Principal and Outside Sales: Dallas, East Texas, Northern Louisiana and Arkansas. I moved to Texas from Florida where I had been involved in several aspects of the plumbing and hardware industry from commercial take-off to wholesale plumbing to retail high-end decorative plumbing and hardware sales since 1996. While in Florida I was an active member of the local builders association, the National Association of Remodeling Industry and the National Association of Women in Construction where I sat on the Board of Directors and chaired the Corporate Sponsorship Committee. I was also a member of the Decorative Plumbing and Hardware Association and the National Kitchen and Bath Association. Since arriving in Texas I have been involved with NKBA and Heritage Marketing joined DPHA in 2008. I am on the DPHA Membership Committee and serve as the DPHA North Texas Regional Champion. I maintain vendor relations, training programs, the flow of information to customers, our monthly newsletter and website. I also see to literature requests, inside sales and office management. Above all I manage our impeccable customer service. My husband and founder of Heritage Marketing, TJ Mullally and I share the philosophy that customer service is what sets you apart from your competitors. Tim Mullally - Outside Sales: Houston, Fort Worth/I-35, San Antonio/Austin, South and West Texas, Texas Panhandle, Southern Louisiana and Oklahoma. I’ve spent my entire career in the kitchen and bath business. I had the pleasure of learning the plumbing supply business from the master himself, Albert J. Coburn. After 16 years at Coburn’s learning every aspect of the distribution business my family and I headed for Houston. C.Selzer and Sons recruited me to head up their purchasing and decorative plumbing departments. Our plumbing adventures then took us to Kohler, Wisconsin where I was recruited as Director of Marketing and Planning for Kohler. We moved our family to Northern California to head two acquisitions by Kohler. I became President and CEO of Kallista and Chairman and CEO of Ann Sacks Tile and Stone To get back to the Midwest, I accepted the position of President and General Manager of Grohe America to build a new team and the new headquarters. The Swiss then recruited me to open KWC America. As President and General Manager of KWC I had the pleasure of building a fine team and growing the company with high quality faucets. Arlene, my wife, who has been with me for all of our plumbing adventures, and I founded Taps & More LLC to bring high quality English Taps to North America including several patented new products such as the “Pull Off Spray” kitchen faucet and the first residential deck mounted pot filler. I have been a member of the NKBA for over 25 years. I served in a variety of officer positions at the local and national level chapters in Texas, Wisconsin, California, Illinois and Georgia. I served on national board from 1986 to 1996 in various capacities. I’ve sponsored more than 45 members to NKBA, earning a position in the Ambassadors Club. In 2005 NKBA presented me with their Deco Award for Lifetime Achievement. I was one of the Charter Founding members of the DPHA. I’ve also been a member of a variety of organizations including the Plumbing Manufacturers Institute where I served on their board. I served in various capacities National Association of Home Builders. I’ve also been a member of the American Supply Association and Rotary International. Recently, Heritage Marketing of Texas presented me the additional opportunity to join the growing family business started by my son TJ and his wife Heather to cover a portion of their market.
